REFUNDS / CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds
Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. No cash or credit refunds will be given.
Exchanges 
We have a 30-day exchange policy for replacement only. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement ONLY if the item you've received was defective or malfunctions. To initiate an exchange, you can contact us at thepleasureshop@yahoo.com
This exchange policy only covers items that were defective and/or malfunctioned within this 30-day period.
Order issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, missing or incorrect, so that we may rectify the issue as soon as possible. You will have 30 days from the date of receipt to report any issues with your order. 
Replacement
Replacements are initiated when products have malfunctioned/ defective. To obtain replacement reach out to Thepleasureshop@yahoo.com You will then be sent a FREE return shipping label. Return defective item in mail and a replacement will be shipped to you right away for free. If defective item(s) are NOT sent back replacement will not be applicable. If the defective item is NOT received and a new item has been shipped out the customer will be charged for the new item.
Cancellations
During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed or canceled, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. After the 1st cancellation, charges associated with any fees incurred. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy
You will NOT be allowed to cancel an order AFTER it has been shipped. Please refer to our refunds section above.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and/or other applicable fees. Any orders that are paid for but not picked up within 3 days will be cancelled without refund! Due to the amount of products and orders we have we can not store paid for orders for an extended time. It is an inconvenience for us. Delivery is available 8am to 9pm everyday. If delivery is needed instead of pickup please contact us and we will deliver the item.
