Do you offer delivery?
Free local delivery is available during regular business hours to customers in the Milwaukee area with 532* zip codes. In order to receive the option for local delivery, you must have a zip code beginning with 532* and order must be at least $25. Delivery instructions are listed under shipping option in checkout. When using PayPal delivery option is NOT available. In this case you can choose pick up option and leave a note for delivery with delivery address. Someone will confirm information before delivery.
When is my order shipped out?
Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday before 5pm (CDT) 12pm (CDT) on Saturday. No orders are shipped out on Sundays or Observed Holidays.

I'm local. Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes, The Pleasure Shop offers a pickup option. Pick up address is 3233 N 39th st., Milwaukee. If, however, you would like to meet at a specific location, please enter a note on your order and we will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability.
Why haven't I received any tracking information?
Local deliveries will not receive tracking information as there is no shipping label to be generated. When your order has been fulfilled and is marked ready for delivery, you will receive an email/ text alerting you that your item(s) are ready for delivery. Once the order has been dispatched to our driver, you will receive a text message for delivery instructions and to provide an estimated time of arrival.
If in any case customer ask for product to be left at door/ drop off point without physically receiving product, driver will take picture of delivered items and send with delivery confirmation text. If any items are lost or stolen the customer accepts full responsibility of lost items. We would prefer to directly deliver items so there are no misunderstandings, but we will accommodate customer request to best of our ability.
When will I receive my order?
Items are delivered within the hour of payment being received. We ship items the same business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day. Most orders are received within 1-3 business days or 3-5 business days depending on when the order was placed, shipping method selected and destination for the package. I placed an order but I haven't heard anything. Is something wrong?
The Pleasure Shop does their absolute best to maintain good communication with our customers in the event of out of stock items and unexpected shipping delays. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide constant updates throughout the processing of your order. Once your order is received, it is placed into our queue for processing. After the order has been processed and marked as ready for shipping or delivery, you will then receive an update and/or tracking information at that time. If you have not heard from us, your order is moving along but has not yet been completed. You will only receive updates for order acceptance, processing or shipping delays or when your order is ready.
Can I pay for an order with cash or Cashapp?
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH APP AT THE MOMENT.
Please utilize the site whenever possible to make payment. For safety reasons we do not keep change to give customers for cash transactions. Orders will not begin processing without payment.
Will you hold an item for me?
Items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. The only way to guarantee an item will be in stock for you is to place an order with payment. This officially removes the item from the store's inventory and makes it unavailable for purchase to others.
